SAN ANTONIO (February 11, 2025) – Catamount Constructors, Inc., a 100% employee-owned ENR Top 400 General Contractor, is pleased to announce the hiring of Greg Cashen as Vice President of Operations. 

With over 20 years of construction management experience, Greg has led the design, development, and construction of more than 5,000 multifamily units, valued at over $625 million. His expertise spans office, industrial, and retail sectors, with a focus on driving software adoption and systems integration to enhance operational efficiency. Greg’s unique blend of design and management skills streamlines processes, strengthens relationships, and aligns teams to deliver successful project outcomes, ultimately ensuring exceptional results for clients.

In his new role as Vice President of Operations and a proven track record in market operations, Greg will spearhead field operations, ensuring sustained growth for the BTR and San Antonio teams. His focus will be on enhancing staff development and fostering leadership at every level while driving efficiency through the refinement of internal processes. Greg’s commitment to operational excellence will be key in delivering best-in-class results for clients and supporting the company’s continued success. Greg earned a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
