The Innovation Business Center (IBC) in Newnan, GA is ground-up construction of two rear load spec tilt warehouses totaling 403,648 square feet. The scope of work of these warehouses includes concrete, structural steel, MEPs, sitework, 115 trailer parking spaces, and 388 employee parking spaces. The North Building has 38 dock doors, and the South Building has 41 dock doors. We have wrapped up the base buildings and received Certificates of Occupancy, and we have started on a buildout within the South Building. The tenant improvement (TI) in the South Building includes 2,400 square feet of office space and 61,318 SF of warehouse space.
