ATLANTA, GA (February 6, 2025) – Catamount Constructors, Inc., a 100% employee-owned ENR Top 400 Contractor, announces the promotion of Mary Clift to Project Executive. 

Mary’s hard work, expertise, and unwavering commitment to excellence have propelled her to this pivotal role, where she will continue driving success for our clients and embodying the values that make Catamount a strong partner for clients. 

Mary Clift Elevated to Project Executive 

Since joining Catamount in 2018 as a Project Manager, Mary has exemplified the spirit of employee ownership that defines our ESOP culture. Her exceptional leadership and expertise have consistently delivered projects on time and within budget while fostering strong relationships across every team and client. With over 10 years of experience in industrial, healthcare, government, education, and office markets, Mary’s operational focus and commitment to excellence have made a lasting impact. As a true owner at heart, Mary’s contributions continue to elevate our collective success, and we look forward to her continued leadership in this new role. 

In her new role, Mary will oversee high-profile projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with Catamount’s strategic goals. She will lead project teams, nurture key client relationships, and champion operational excellence to deliver superior outcomes. Mary’s construction leadership will be instrumental in expanding Catamount’s reach across core markets while supporting the company’s commitment to best-in-class quality and client service.

Mary earned both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Auburn University in Auburn, Alabama.
