Since joining Catamount in 2019, Mitch has been a driving force in the Atlanta division’s success. Advancing from Senior Project Manager to Project Executive and most recently Vice President & Operations Manager, Mitch’s 25+ years of construction expertise reflect the empowering culture at Catamount, where employee ownership inspires collaboration and drives success. His contributions have played a key role in the team’s ability to deliver innovative solutions and measurable impact across industrial, commercial, multifamily, government, and hospitality markets.
Mitch Brown Promoted to Senior Vice President
In his new role as Senior Vice President, Mitch will oversee all aspects of the Atlanta division, succeeding John Lichtenwalter as he transitions into retirement. Mitch is known for his ability to streamline internal processes and consistently exceed client expectations. His strategic construction leadership will be crucial as Catamount continues to strengthen its market presence.

Mitch holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Auburn University in Auburn, Alabama.
