Catamount takes pride in serving as the general contractor for the renovation of the historic Prince Hall Masonic Temple and Lodge, a landmark that has stood for generations as a symbol of leadership, resilience, and community impact.
The ribbon-cutting ceremony on February 11, 2026, brought together civic leaders, elected officials, community members, and media outlets to celebrate the building’s restoration and renewed purpose. The many voices emphasize what this project symbolizes: a reinvestment in history.

Historic renovations demand careful precision: honor the building’s history by protecting original architectural details, incorporating structural and building-system upgrades within the existing structure, and sequencing construction to maintain integrity while updating the facility to current standards.
