Avilla Eastlake

Avilla Eastlake is NexMetro Communities’ third project of build-to-rent communities, consisting of 244 units of one-, two-, and three-bedroom track homes with detached garages, totaling 269,055 SF. Amenities include a clubhouse, resort-style pool, outdoor kitchen and BBQ, spa/hot tub, playground, fire pit, green areas, walking paths, and dog parks. Homes in the neighborhood also featured a private backyard, stainless steel appliances, walk-in closets, smart home technology, washer/dryers, granite countertops, and fireplaces.
