Avilla Eastlake

Avilla Eastlake is NexMetro Communities' third project of build-to-rent communities consisting of 244 units of one-, two-, and three-bedroom single-level track homes, complete with private backyards and optional detached garages. Amenities include a clubhouse, a resort style pool and spa with fire pits, an outdoor kitchen and barbecue area, outdoor lounge seating, a playground, walking paths, and a dog park.
