Bright Star Phase 2

The Bright Star Phase 2 project was a 271,875 SF design-build addition to an existing warehouse, providing an additional 72 dock doors and 421 parking spaces. Scope of work included concrete tilt walls, slab-on-grade, structural steel frame, TPO roofing, storefront, and finishes. Catamount has delivered four projects on this site.
