Innovation Business Center

The Innovation Business Center project consisted of the ground-up construction of two rear-load spec tilt warehouses, totaling 403,648 SF. Scope of work included concrete, structural steel, MEP, sitework, 115 trailer parking spaces, 388 employee parking spaces, and build-outs in both buildings.
