El Five

This project is a 4,270 SF, fifth level restaurant build-out for KID Charlemagne, LLC and Edible Beats, Inc. featuring high-end finishes, a patio bar, and open hibachi style wood-fired grill with panoramic views of Downtown Denver. Unique challenges during construction included hauling all equipment, materials and supplies up 5 floors, with the use of cranes, while in an occupied office and residential building in the Highland Park neighborhood.
