Hanger Alpharetta

The Hanger Alpharetta project was a 30,000 SF office build-out in a Catamount-constructed shell warehouse building. The conference room is equipped with glass sectional overhead doors, separating the breakroom and training rooms. The breakroom has three double-door refrigerators and freezers. The warehouse space is 115,000 SF with HVAC, demising walls, lighting, fire sprinkler, electrical, and remote restrooms.
