Hickory Flat Medical Office Building

The Hickory Flat Medical Office Building project was a 36,500 SF two-story commercial medical office building with 24 below-grade parking spaces, built on an 11-acre site. The scope of work included site demolition, asbestos testing and removal, sitework and construction of the medical office building and office build-outs. Catamount also constructed the identical, adjacent Hickory Flat Medical Office Building built on 6 acres.
