The Dexter Technology Center project consisted of the core and shell construction of three new one-story, fully sprinklered warehouse buildings, totaling 401,595 SF on 52 acres. Scope of work included concrete, structural steel, painting, MEP, a fire pump room, and sitework. Catamount also delivered interior build-outs in buildings A and C.
