Lockhill Crossing

This project is a 132,575 SF, five-story Class A office building with 519 parking spaces on 22 acres. The first four floors of the building are concrete tilt and the fifth floor is structural steel. Scope of work also included a 200’ long TxDOT spec pre-stressed concrete bridge entrance to the building. In addition, we completed a 9,500 SF open office space build-out on the first floor.
