Wagner Equipment Company – Aurora

Office remodel and 1,700 square foot warehouse expansion completed in two phases. Phase One (1) included the installation of 21,000 square feet of access flooring and modular power, a new custom entrance staircase, and an expanded parts department. Phase Two (2) included a new main entrance and vestible with excavator arm archway, a new elevator cab and hoist system, an 800 square feet outdoor mezzanine deck, a parking lot addition, delivery truck entrance, and training room upgrades.
