This project consists of new wood-frame construction for an 80,300 SF senior living community built on 5.07 acres, consisting of 92 assisted living and memory care units, and 64 associated parking spaces. Amenities include two restaurants, a café, community room, greenhouse, salon and nail spa, media lounge, reading lounges, health club, rooftop patio, theater, and art studio.
