Price Distributing Facility

Price Distributing is a new one-story facility for the beer distributor. The 69,534 SF building is on 13-acres and includes epoxy flooring, wash down rooms, CMU, and 5 dock doors. The cold storage component is 45,000 SF of insulted tilt wall panels and thermal wall systems. The walk-in cooler has two (2) separate compressors that alternate running times, keeping the storage space cold at all times.
