Residence Inn

This project consists of a 9,000 SF tenant improvement and remodel for Residence Inn’s downtown Denver location. The scope of work included a build-out of a new fitness facility area, converting the existing 8th floor fitness facility into a guest suite and board room, and remodeling the existing meeting space, lobby, bar, buffet, common space and restrooms.
