This project is a 55,345 SF, 3-story, 45-unit, Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) multifamily project for SW Development in the Sloan’s Lake neighborhood. This project marked Catamount’s 17th U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD)/LIHTC project. Amenities include a rooftop patio, an outdoor grilling area, an open work/play community lobby area, bike storage and bike rentals, and a partly underground parking deck.
