Catamount has built and/or remodeled nine (9) locations of TD Ameritrade Banks since 2011. Projects consisted of TI existing core and shell. Other projects ranged between 3,000 - 11.500 SF of office/retail build-out. These projects included interior partitions, flooring and finished, new lighting, new restrooms and connections of rooftop HVAC units.
