Three Creeks Senior Living

This project consists of a new wood-frame construction for a 171,500 two-story senior living community comprised of 81 independent living units, 54 assisted living units, and 14 memory care units, and 114 associated parking spaces. Amenities include three restaurants, a café, community room, greenhouse, salon and nail spa, media lounge, health club, theater, art studio, rooftop patio, and two enclosed courtyards.
