This project consists of new wood-frame construction for a 138,200 SF three-story senior living community comprised of 140 independent living units, and 177 associated parking spaces. Amenities include a restaurant, café, community room, greenhouse, salon and nail spa, media lounge, health club, rooftop patio, theater, and an art studio.
