Tripwire Interactive Headquarters & 3rd Floor Expansion

The Catamount team completed a 20,000 SF, 2-floor renovation in a 3-story colonial office building for Tripwire Interactive’s corporate headquarters and gaming design studios. The scope of work included structural modifications for a wood and steel spiral stairwell, extensive millwork, upgrading of the incoming electrical service to accommodate the gaming studios power requirements, and finishes consistent with Class A commercial office space. o The Tripwire 3rd Floor Expansion project was a 4,800 SF expansion of the existing office space.
