UCHealth Marcus Institute for Brain Health

This project consists of a 5,360 SF remodel of an existing residential space and converted into a center providing specialty care for military Veterans and retired athletes struggling with mild to moderate traumatic brain injuries (including concussions) and changes in psychological health. The scope of work included minor exterior upgrades, addition of two access ramps, selective demolition to the interior, upgrading MEP, and complete remodel of the kitchen area.
