Wheat Ridge Town Center Apartments

This 89,200 SF affordable active adult (55+) community project is Colorado Housing Finance Authority (CHFA) funded and occupies 2.25 acres within the City of Wheat Ridge’s 8-acre Town Center North Redevelopment project. It is the first 9% low-income housing tax credit real estate transaction in the City's history. This project consists of 88 units in a four-story, stick frame building and serviced by multiple elevators.
