Zenith Meridian Apartments

This 260,000 SF project consists of 15 three-story multifamily apartment buildings with a total of 228 luxury units ranging from one- and two-bedrooms, built on 14 acres. Amenities include 11 garage buildings, a two-story clubhouse with a fireplace, kitchen, and billiards area, an outdoor pool and spa with cabanas and fire pits, a dog wash station, a concierge area, and on-site retail including a drive-thru Starbucks. Sitework included redesign of the existing utilities installed two years prior to the start of construction, and building pad construction which includes both the installation of new building pads and reconditioning of the existing building pads.
