San Antonio, Texas — Catamount Constructors, a 100% employee-owned general contractor, announces the promotion of Courtney Collins to Business Development Manager for the company’s San Antonio business unit.

Since joining Catamount in 2017, Collins has built a well-rounded foundation across multiple areas of the business. She began her career with Catamount in operations, where she spent the past four years with the San Antonio business unit.

Through hands-on project experience, Collins developed a strong understanding of construction operations and built relationships with clients, trade partners, and project stakeholders. Her experience includes extensive time in the field supporting active remodel projects in occupied facilities, coordinating trades, and ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently.

In her new role, Collins will focus on strengthening client relationships, supporting business development strategy, and helping drive continued growth for Catamount in the San Antonio market.
