Crescent Park Senior Living

This project consists of new wood-frame construction for a 115,000 SF senior living community built on 5.74 acres, consisting of 119 independent living units and 74 associated parking spaces. Amenities include two restaurants, a café, community room, greenhouse, salon and nail spa, media lounge, health club, rooftop patio, interior and exterior courtyards with grilling stations, a theater, and an art studio. This project is one of Catamount's 12 projects completed for Spectrum Retirement Communities.
