Sanostee Day School

The Catamount team completed design-build construction of a new, single-story, K-3 school and campus for 86 students. The project was certified by the U.S. Green Building Council as LEED Silver. The project included general and specialized classroom and educational support areas including a kitchen/dining area, library/media center, an administrative area, and athletic and recreational facilities. Catamount also provided utilities and site development consisting of access roads, parking and drop off areas, sewage lagoon, on-site stormwater retention, curb and gutter, exterior lighting, sidewalks, and playgrounds.
