This project consists of new construction for an 83,830 SF senior living community built on a 2.1-acre site and comprised of 96 assisted living units, and 29 memory care units. Amenities include a bar, an exhibition kitchen, a formal dining area, a fireplace, theater room, salon and a rooftop patio.
